Product Details

4,4'-DIMETHOXYDIPHENYLAMINE #CAS101-70-2

4,4'-Dimethoxydiphenylamine is a diphenylamine containing electron-donating substituents that exhibits antioxidant activity. When present as an antioxidant, it is consumed to generate nitroso radicals, which in turn exert antioxidant effects . It can also be used in the synthesis of 9,9′-bis(fluorenylidene) (KR216) hole-transporting materials. When applied in perovskite solar cells, it achieves a power conversion efficiency of 17.8% .

Application of 4,4'-DIMETHOXYDIPHENYLAMINE

4,4'-Dimethoxydiphenylamine is a diphenylamine derivative used as a chemical additive for cured rubber. It is used in the synthesis of amine electron donating groups in organic donor-bridge-acceptor dyads in Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC). 4,4-Dimethoxydiphenylamine is an electron donor and used in the synthesis of organic nonlinear optical (NLO) chromophores which exhibit high thermal and chemical stability, high degree of non-linearity and transparency. They are used in high performance photonic devices.
