Application of CESIUM OXIDE

Photoelectric cathode materials: Cerium oxide is one of the key raw materials for preparing high-performance photoelectric cathodes (such as silver-cesium oxide photoelectric cathode Ag-O-Cs). In this structure, the cerium oxide layer helps to form a photoelectric emission surface with low work function and high sensitivity.

Catalyst precursors: High-purity (99%-99.99%) cerium oxide can be used as a catalyst or catalyst carrier raw material in organic synthesis or specific chemical reactions.

Synthesis of other cesium compounds: As a basic raw material, it is used to prepare other cesium salts such as amino cesium (CsNH₂) and nitrogen-based cesium, as well as organic cesium compounds. 

3. Clarification of Related Concepts

Difference from "oxidized dyes": Do not confuse "oxidized red" (cerium oxide) with "oxidized dyes" used in textile printing and dyeing. Oxidized dyes refer to aromatic amine derivative dyes that color fibers through oxidation reactions, and they belong to completely different chemical fields.

Difference from "active red": "Active red" is a specific dye variety. The degradation research of it involves microwave-ultraviolet synergy, and it has no direct connection with cerium oxide.
