BROMOCHLOROACETIC ACID#CAS5589-96-8

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are neutral amino acids with a branched aliphatic hydrocarbon chain on their α-carbon. BCAAs include L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine (2:1:1). They are all essential amino acids, primarily metabolized in skeletal muscle, accounting for approximately 35% of the essential amino acids in skeletal muscle protein, and are closely related to skeletal muscle synthesis.

BCAAs are a highly efficient amino acid combination that helps the body strongly resist muscle breakdown and nutrient loss, and increases muscle stress resistance; they are essential for bodybuilders.

The Importance of BCAAs: BCAAs are important and effective nutritional supplements for any sport. Therefore, it is crucial that if you want to naturally and without side effects increase muscle mass or gain more energy, you should seriously consider using BCAAs.

1. During exercise, sufficient BCAA supplementation can promote protein synthesis and metabolism during the post-exercise recovery period, accelerate muscle synthesis, reduce muscle tissue breakdown, and contribute to muscle growth.

2. BCAAs are also the main amino acids providing energy to skeletal muscle. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) contribute approximately 60% of the total energy from amino acids, and even at rest, they account for 14% of the energy supply in skeletal muscle. Especially during prolonged exercise, they directly provide energy to skeletal muscles during exercise and training.

3. Ingesting BCAAs during training can stimulate the release of growth hormone and increase insulin levels, thereby promoting anabolism. Leucine, in particular, is a precursor to ketoisoacetic acid (KIC) and hydroxymethylbenzene (HMB). KIC and HMB can increase muscle mass and reduce fat, significantly benefiting bodybuilders. Furthermore, protein supplementation requires digestion and absorption to break down into BCAAs.

4. BCAAs can also inhibit tryptophan from entering the brain and producing serotonin, thus preventing and reducing central fatigue. BCAAs promote protein synthesis during post-exercise recovery, accelerate muscle synthesis, reduce muscle tissue breakdown, and contribute to muscle growth.

5. How to take BCAAs: For optimal supplementation effects, BCAAs are best taken separately from other amino acids, as they are preferentially absorbed by the body. In fact, branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) account for as much as 90% of total amino acid absorption within 3 hours after a meal. Remember that the main function of BCAAs is to raise blood sugar and insulin levels; taking them with meals or before and after training is the optimal time.

6. BCAAs must be taken within 30-60 minutes before or after training to promote muscle regeneration and synthesis. The recommended dosage is 5-10 grams per dose.
